Each One World Tales book is personalized and printed on demand. For this reason, orders cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded once placed, except in the following circumstances:
- Your order has not been delivered within 40 days of the date it was placed.
- You receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective product.
If your product arrives incorrect, damaged, or defective, please email contact@oneworldtales.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order details and clear photos showing the issue so we can assist you.
If your order qualifies under either of the circumstances above, we will offer a replacement or refund, including any applicable original shipping or redelivery charges.
