You can expect to have your books with you within 10 to 15 days of the order being placed on the website. All of our products are created and printed on-demand once we receive your order. Our softbacks take three business days to produce whereas our hardbacks take four. Once the books are printed, your delivery time depends on where you live and which shipping method you use. At checkout, your selected shipping method will display the estimated delivery time including production. If you have any questions about delivery time, please write to us at contact@oneworldtales.com. 

If you wish to change your delivery address within 48 hours of placing the order, our support team can help coordinate and help you with this. Contact us immediately! If your order is ready at dispatch or has already been shipped, we're unfortunately unable to make any changes to the delivery address. 

You’ll be shown the option to choose our Express delivery option when you’re placing your order. This will speed up the time it takes to ship your book, but it won't speed up the time it takes to print your book. Our softbacks take three business days to produce whereas our hardbacks take four.

If you use our standard shipping option, orders are not trackable unfortunately. However, if you use our tracked or express delivery options, we will send you your tracking code via email as soon as your order has been dispatched.

Each of our books is personalized and made on-demand for each customer. As a result, once an order has been placed, you won’t be able to cancel it. You shall have the right to cancel an order/get a refund for your order only in the following circumstances:

(a) If we have failed to deliver the order within 40 days of the date you placed the order. 

(b) In case you received an incorrect or faulty product/s from us, and have written to us with photos as soon as you have discovered the fault or defect (in no case longer than 7 days after receiving the product).

If an order is canceled under the conditions (a) or (b) above, One World Tales shall be responsible for all sums paid (including initial and re-delivery charges, if any) with respect to the order in question.

We aim to keep our shipping costs as low as possible for you. We have standard and express shipping options available for you and both these costs are clearly labeled when ordering the book depending upon the choice you make. The price shown is for the order of one book. If you add more than one book per order, the costs for subsequent books is at a reduced rate. The total shipping cost for your order is shown on the cart summary page.

We know how hard it can be to wait for something spectacular, and we're sorry that you've found yourself waiting longer than expected. Rest assured, we find that the mail usually comes through within just a few days of our original estimates. With this in mind, we'd like to ask that you give your trusty delivery person just a few extra days to deliver your special package which might have been delayed due to unforeseen circumstances. If there's no sign of your order within 5 working days of your delivery estimate, please contact us with your order details, and we'll be glad to investigate further.
